Aromatherapy should be researched and used under the strict guidance of someone who has been trained in the science of it, and you should always stop any treatments if you become unwell.
Never allow essential oils to touch your bare skin unless you have researched and discovered it’s harmless to the touch. The majority of essential oils will severely irritate the skin and should almost always be used via a carrier oil or other method.
