The smelly onion which makes our eyes smart is a great source of vitamins and nutrients. It helps our hair to stay healthy and grow out strong.
The onion bulb contains vitamins like C, B1, B2, B6, E, PP and lots of minerals: calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, copper, zink, cobalt, iodine, magnesium and sulphur.
