Well, it’s almost Christmas time and every family in the whole wide world is busy thinking what to have for Christmas dinner.

It is time to start preparing the ingredients. Last minute grocery shopping would bust the joyful mood. Might as well prepare ahead of time to beat the crowd.

Luckily our family members are small in numbers, just four of us. Hence, it is not difficult for me to cook simple meal recipes for my small family as we are not fussy eaters.

So, what will you be cooking for this Christmas dinner?

Are you going to eat out at fancy restaurants or dine with your parents at their home?

If you browse through the food websites, there are a wide variety of Christmas festive food recipes for big families, small families, couples and singles.

Since we don’t invite guest for our annual Christmas dinner, I prefer to use simple dinner ideas to cut down the food cost, electricity bills and to reduce the hassle in the kitchen.

Some families prefer to have traditional turkey stuffing, grill steaks and lots of side dishes, the more the merrier. However, my family prefer to eat one simple meal and get down to opening up the gifts under the Christmas tree.

For my family, meat is a compulsory ingredients in our daily meals and I found these single dinner ideas are perfect choice to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.
